2 loaves of pita bread
2 bananas sliced lengthwise
2 spoons of Goody Date Spread
1 spoon of liquid butter
1 tbsp of crushed and roasted peanuts
½ tsp of ground cardamom
1.In a pan on medium heat, stir the butter and the date spread for two minutes, then add the bananas and turn lightly to avoid tearing the slices.Add the peanuts and the cardamom and remove from heat.
2.Open the pita bread halfway.
3.Scoop a good amount of the mixture into the bread and roll, then heat the roll in a pie iron for two minutes, then place it on a plate and serve.
