Enjoy the mushroom pie with different types of cheese. Serve it after adding lemon and olive oil.
¾ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup Goat Cheese
¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tsps Rosemary
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp of Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp of Sunflower Oil
1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
1 bunch of Leek, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube dissolved in ½ cup of Water
1 large square of Puff Pastry Dough
Juice of Half a Lemon
A dash of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1.Heat the oven at a high temperature. Mix the cheeses, rosemary and black pepper in a large bowl.
2.In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sunflower oil, and then add the mushrooms, leek, garlic cloves and salt; leave the mixture over the heat for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms turn golden. Afterwards, add the chicken stock and leave the mixture until it boils; then take it off the heat.
3.Roll out the puff pastry dough in a circular form with 30 cm diameter; place the cheese mixture evenly on the dough, leaving a 4 cm space from the edges. Afterwards, add the mushroom mixture over the cheese; roll inwards the dough’s edges, then bake it in the oven for 25 minutes or until the dough turns golden. Take it out from the oven and add lemon and olive oil, then serve.
