6 Toast Bread Slices
Turkey Sandwich:
2 tablespoons Goody Squeezable Mayo
2 Lettuce Leaves
2 Turkey Slices
2 Tomato Slices 
2 Cheddar Cheese Slices 
1 tablespoons butter
Tuna Sandwich:
4 tablespoons Goody Tenderina Tuna
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Goody Green olives, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
4 Arugula leaves
Chicken Sandwich:
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup Goody mushrooms sliced
¼ cup green bell peppers, finely chopped
½ cup cooked chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons Goody Burger Sauce


1.For the Turkey Sandwich: Spread 1 tablespoon on each slice of toast bread, add 1 lettuce leaf, 1 turkey slice, 1 tomato slice, 1 cheddar slice. Repeat with the remaining slices. Top with the other toast slice. Heat a pan on low heat, melt butter and add the turkey sandwich, add a heat proof plate on top and leave to for 5 minutes, flipping the sandwich on the other side for another 5 minutes until the cheddar cheese melts. Serve.
2.For the Tuna sandwich: In a small mixing bowl, add the tuna, lemon juice, green olives, salt and pepper and mix well. Add 2 Arugula leaves on 1 toast slice, add the tuna mixture then top with the remaining arugula leaves and top with the other tuna slice. Serve
3.For the chicken sandwich: In a small pan on medium heat, heat olive oil, add the mushroom slices and cook until browned, add the green peppers and the chicken and mix well. Remove from heat and leave to cool down. Add the burger sauce and mix well. Add the chicken mixture on 1 toast slice and top with the other slice. Serve.
