1 pack Goody Fettuccini pasta
3 medium sized potatoes cut into small short fries
1 medium sized onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 slice fresh ginger
¼ kilo minced beef
1 large tomato
1 ½ tablespoon tomato paste
1/3 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
Salt- Black pepper- White pepper-1 teaspoon sugar-2 tablespoons soy sauce-1 teaspoon sesame oil-toasted sesame seeds for garnish
5 Goody chicken cubes dissolved in 5 cups of hot water chicken stock (More stock can be added for more sauce)
Corn starch mixed with water (to thicken sauce)
GOODY hot sauce and GOODY Natural Vinegar (for serving) 


1.Boil pasta. Drain as instructed on the pack
2.Sauté onions in oil with 1 teaspoon minced garlic and ginger slice. Then add the tomato, tomato paste, minced beef and potatoes. Season with pepper. Add the chicken stock. Stir sauce and let it boil on medium heat until potatoes are cooked. (The sauce colour must be an orangey red).Add the soy sauce and let the tomato sauce simmer (Don’t cook the sauce for too long or the potatoes will break)Add the green onions, sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Stir well then add the corn starch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
3.Place the sauce in a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Place the pasta in another serving dish.
4.To serve: Place 1 big serving of fettuccini, top with 1 or 2 ladles of sauce then sprinkle with hot sauce and vinegar.
