1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Butter, Unsalted
1 cup White Sugar
5 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Whole Milk
1 can of Evaporated Milk
1 ½ cups of Whipped Cream
1 cup White Sugar


1.Heat the oven at 350oF (175oC), then grease a 9” x13” baking tray with margarine and flour.
2.Sift the flour and baking powder together and set aside.
3.Whisk the butter or margarine until you obtain a creamy mixture; afterwards, add 1 cup of sugar and whisk until you obtain a crumbly mixture. Add eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; and whisk well.
4.Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture gradually, (2 spoons at a time); mix until they are well blended. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray.
5.Bake the cake at 350oF (175oC) for 30 minutes. Pierce the cake several times with a fork, then mix the whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk together. Pour the mixture over the cake’s top after it cools.
6.Whip together the whipped cream with the remaining 1 cup of the sugar, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla until it becomes thick. Spread the cream mixture over the cake’s top and refrigerate it.
