1 can of Goody Tuna in Olive Oil
¼ cup of Quinoa, cooked
1 Tbsp Fresh Mint, minced
1 Tbsp Parsley, minced
Lemon Zest, grated
For the Sauce:
1 Garlic Clove, minced
½ cup of Yogurt
Salt and Black Pepper
1. Mix the ingredients well in a deep bowl, and mix the sauce ingredients well in another separate bowl.
