1 Goody Tuna Tenderina (Oil drained)
½ cup sliced carrots
½ cup of sliced cabbage
1 Teaspoon minced garlic,
1 Teaspoon green onions, thinly chopped
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
Lemon salt
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1 Pack of triangular samboosa dough
Oil for frying


1.    Sautee the garlicina little oil for a minute. Add the carrots, cabbage, and green onions and the spices stiruntil vegetables are slightly tender .Remove the vegetables from the heatandleave to cool Once the vegetables have cooled down, proceed by adding thetunaand stir gently until mixed well.
2.Fill the samboosak dough with ½ Teaspoon of the Tuna and vegetable mix, then fold into a triangular shape until all are ready for cooking.
3    In a frying pan, heat the oil on high heat until the oil is ready for frying. Lower to medium heat and proceed by frying the samboosas. Once cooked, place the samboosas on a plate with kitchen tissues to absorb excess oil then transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
