1 Tsp Garlic, minced
2 Tbsps of Vegetable Oil for sauté frying
½ cup of Carrots, sliced
½ cup of Cabbage
½ can of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
1 Green Onion, cut into small pieces
Salt, Black Pepper, and Lemon Salt to taste
1 can of Tenderina Tuna (large pack), strained
1 spoon of Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
1 full envelope of Spring Roll Dough (Small Size)
Oil or Butter for frying
1. Heat the oil at 180oC.
2. In a pan over the heat, sauté fry the garlic with a little oil; then add all the vegetables and spices. Stir them together until they wilt; and then take them off the heat and leave the mixture to cool.
3. Add the tuna and vinegar to the vegetables, and stir them together until they are incorporated.
4. Start filling the spring rolls; and then place them in a sheet and coat their top with butter and oil.
5. Place the sheet in the oven for 10 minutes until the dough is baked and browned; and then take it out from the oven.
