1 pack of Goody Tenderina Tuna
2 whole medium Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 whole Green Onion
1 Garlic Clove
3 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow and Green), diced to taste
1 Table spoon of Goody Mayonnaise
A dash of Thyme, dried
1 Juice of a whole medium Lemon
2 Small tbsps. White Vinegar
Chili Pepper, to taste
8 small Lettuce Leaves
¼  Tbsps Vegetable Oil for frying
8 Burger Buns, greased with Goody Mayonnaise



1.Drain the tuna from oil, and place it in a large deep bowl. Afterwards, add the mashed potatoes, green onion, garlic, bell peppers, mayonnaise, thyme, lemon, vinegar, chili pepper, salt and black pepper; stir well then add a spoon of the crushed rusk and stir.
2.Divide the mixture into eight equal pieces; shape the filling into rounds. Repeat the process until the amount ends and then refrigerate them for an hour.
3.Place lettuce leaves on the burger rounds; afterwards, top them with the burger buns.

Suggestion for Serving: You can serve them with fried or grilled potatoes.
