1 pack of Goody Tenderina Tuna
4 tsps Olive Oil
3 Toast Slices
4 Tbsps Goody Ranch Dressing; for the filling, or:
2 Tbsps Goody Mayonnaise, for the filling
1 Tbsp Pack of Goody Pitted Green Olives, coarsely minced
2 Tbsps Parsley, finely minced
1 Tbsp Green Onions, finely minced
2 Tbsps Goody White Vinegar
A dash of Salt and Black Pepper
2 Tbsps Goody Mayonnaise, for greasing
3 lettuce slices, medium
1. Place the olive oil in the pan, roast the toast slices for a minute and a half on each side, until they become golden and set them aside.
2. Drain the tuna from its oil and place it in a bowl; add the Ranch dressing or mayonnaise (according to taste), olives, parsley, onions, vinegar, salt and black pepper; stir well and set the mixture aside.
3. Grease the toast with mayonnaise and add a lettuce leave. Top it with 3 spoons of tuna filling and place another toast slice on top of the filling. Repeat the previous steps until you have three layers; afterwards, divide the sandwich in half; place it on a dish and serve.
