Ingredients

Tortillas
Chopped lettuce slices
1 tomato, cut in small cubes
For Stuffing:
2 cans Goody Tenderina Tuna
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
For the Sauce:
¼  cup GOODY Ranch Salad Dressing (or ¾ cup, as desired)
1 tablespoon cheese spread
3  tablespoons GOODY original Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon GOODY Mustard
Salt, black pepper, and white pepper to taste
 

Method

  1. Mix all Sauce ingredients.
  2. Mix all Stuffing ingredients.
  3. Mix the stuffing and the sauce together.
  4. Put 2 large tablespoons of the mixture on one (bottom) edge of a tortilla. Add lettuce and tomatoes. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and roll up from the bottom like a spring roll then serve.
