1 Large Burake Pastry Sheet
½ cup vegetable oil
All-purpose flour for dusting
For the Filling:
3 cans Goody Tenderina Tuna
1 large red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red colored pepper, chopped
½ cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsps Goody Hot Sauce
2 lemon squeezed juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2.For the filling: in a bowl mix all the ingredients together
3.Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Cut the Burake sheet into 6 even rectangles.
4.In a big dish add the oil and add one Burake sheet and start shaping it with your fingers to make it a thin sheet.
5.Add some of the tuna filling and start folding the two sides then top and bottom like an envelope. Add to a baking sheet with the closed side down. Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients keeping a distance of 1cm between the Moutabbaq sheets in the baking sheet.
6.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until Moutabbaq is golden in color
7.Put the Moutabbaq sheets in the serving dish and garnish with parsley leaves on top. Serve warm
