1 Tuna in Sunflower Oil, drained
½ cup Goody peeled & chopped tomato or pizza sauce
1 tsp Pizza spices
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper for flavor
2 cups Flour
¾ cup warm water
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Yeast
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1.To make the dough: mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Leave dough to rise for one hour
2.Preheat oven to 220 C.
3.Roll dough into one large size pizza or into 6 mini circles. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.Add tomato on pizza dough and season with salt and pepper. Top with tuna and sprinkle pizza spices and mozzarella cheese.Bake pizza for 10 -12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and crust is golden and crispy. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
