¼ cup of Goody Red Kidney Beans, drained  

1 can of Goody Tuna in Olive Oil

¼ cup of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn

1 cup of Quinoa, boiled

1 large Cucumber, cut into medium cubes

2 large Tomatoes; cut into small cubes

½ cup Lettuce, minced

1 large Carrot, grated


¼ cup of Goody Italian Seasoning

1 Tbsp Goody Mustard

1 Tbsp Goody Mayonnaise

1 tsp Goody Cider Vinegar

5 Tbsps Olive Oil

½ tsp Salt


  1. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl and place them in the serving dish.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sauce ingredients until they are incorporated. Afterwards, add the sauce to the salad ingredients; mix well until they are blended and serve.You can garnish with minced parsley.
