1 can of Goody White Tuna Bakour
2 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes dissolved in 3/4 cup of water
1 spoon Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, mashed
1 cup of Basmati Rice
1 cup of Dried Tomatoes
250 g Halloumi cheese pieces
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 cup of Spinach, chopped
3 whole Eggs
Salt and Black Pepper to taste


1.Heat the oven at a high temperature.
2.Heat the oil in a medium-sized pan, stir in onion and garlic, and then add the rice; stir the mixture for 2 – 3 minutes. Afterwards, add the chicken stock and stir the mixture until it begins to boil; reduce the heat and leave the mixture over the heat for 8 minutes, and then remove it from the heat.
3.In a large bowl, put the rice mixture and add the remaining ingredients, stir the mixture until it is incorporated.
4.In a circular baking sheet, place foil paper and then put the mixture; bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Afterwards, remove from the oven and leave it to cool for a little while for 10 minutes. Take it out from the circular sheet and serve.
