6 small potatoes cut in half lengthwise 
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper for seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
250gm fresh green peas
100gm baby spinach leaves
8 radishes, sliced 
2 red onions, sliced
2 tbsp chopped dill 
2 cans Goody Tenderina Soft Fancy Tuna
For the dressing:
2 tsp Goody Mustard
1 tbsp Goody Cider Vinegar
¼ tsp salt
 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


1.Preheat oven to 200 Degrees C
2.Place baby potatoes in a baking tray. Drizzle the olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add the garlic; toss well. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through. Remove from the oven, set a side to cool down completely
3.Meanwhile in a small pot of boiling water, add the green peas and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set a side to cool down
4.For the dressing: In a small mixing bowl, add the mustard, vinegar, and salt and pour the olive oil while stirring to create an emulsion. 
5.In the serving bowl, Add the spinach, radishes, onions, dill, potatoes, green peas, and Tuna. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
