3 Cans of Goody Albacore White Meat Tuna Large (Drained)
4 Tortilla bread
1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into thin slices
2-3 cucumber pickles, cut into strips
1 small onion, thin slices
2 tsp ground sumac
A few parsley stalks
1 tsp olive oil
For Tuna Marination
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp allspice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground coriander
For the sauce:
1 cup tahini
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Pinch of )paprika black, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, salt)


1.Season the tuna chunks with the oil and spices. Gently mix the ingredients until the tuna is covered with the seasoning mix
2.For the sauce, add in all the ingredients together, and stir.
3.Spread the sauce on the bread, followed by adding the tuna, and then add sumac, onions, tomatoes, and parsley.
