Surprise your guests with a good old tart with a different flavor - the crowd favorite Tuna.
6 tablespoons Goody Vegetable Shortening
1 ½ cup flour
4 tsplemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
For the filling:
2 cans Goody Tuna (185grams), drained
4 tsp Goody Mayonnaise with Ketchup
½ can Goody Golden Corn, drained
½ Can Goody Red Kidney Beans, drained
½ can Goody Sliced Green Olives, drained
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons dill
60 grams cheddar cheese, grated
1.Mix flour with shortening and lemon juice. Knead until dough is formed.
2.Place the dough in the refrigerator to rest.
3.Spread dough in a medium sized tart tin and place the stuffing on top. Sprinkle with cheese and place in a medium heat oven.
4.Cool tart and take out of tin. Place in serving dish.
