200 gm turkey meat, minced

2 large onions, minced

2 tbsps green coriander

1 tbsp cumin powder

1 tsp spice mixes

1 tsp of Goody mustard

1 tsp of Goody white vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Lettuce to taste


  1. Put the minced turkey meat in a bowl then add onions, coriander, cumin and spices, stir well.Add the mustard, vinegar, salt and black pepper then stir the mixture with your hands as if you’re kneading until the mixture is combined thoroughly.Refrigerate the bowl for 30 minutes so that the mixture can rest.Remove from the fridge; divide the mixture into nearly small lemon-sized balls.Shape the balls to taste into small burgers or finger-like Koftas.
  2. In a pan, heat a spoon of oil then cook the Koftas for 10 minutes over low heat, taking into consideration to stir constantly.
  3. Cut a loaf of pita bread in half; add the lettuce and Kofta then serve.
