Ingredients

Kofta:

1 kg Lamb Meat, minced

½ tsp each of Salt, Black Pepper and Sweet Paprika

1 medium Onion, minced

½ cup of Parsley, minced

¼ cup of Bread Crumbs

4 Tbsps Olive Oil

Vegetables:

1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube

1 can of Goody Peeled and Chopped Tomatoes

1 spoon of Goody White Vinegar

2 whole Potatoes; cut into medium rings

2 whole Onions, cut into medium rings

1 whole Green Bell Pepper, cut into medium rings

1 whole Red Bell Pepper, cut into medium rings

2 large whole Zucchinis; cut into medium rings

2 whole Black Eggplants, cut into medium rings

2 Garlic Cloves

2 spoons of Tomato Paste

¼ tsp each of Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin and Coriander

Method

  1. In a deep bowl, mix together the minced meat, salt, bell peppers, paprika, onions, parsley and bread crumbs. Shape the mixture into Kofta discs, and then arrange them with the vegetable slices consecutively; place a Kofta disc, then a potato slice, followed by a Kofta disc, then green bell pepper, then Kofta .and so on until the amount ends.
  2. Place the canned tomatoes, garlic cloves, vinegar, spices and chicken stock cube in the blender; mix well. Afterwards, pour the mixture over the Kofta and place the sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.Afterwards, serve the dish to your family with bread, rice or pasta
