1 pack Goody Orzo #17
¼ cup olive oil
1 onion, finally chopped 
½4 cups chicken stock 
2 cloves garlic
1 stock cube 
¼ cup parsley, chopped 
Salt & pepper to taste 
For meatballs:
½ kg minced meat
1 small onion, finally chopped 
3 cloves garlic 
¼ cup parsley, chopped 
1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped 
1 tsp mint, chopped 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp cumin 
1 tsp oregano 
½ tsp baking soda 
1 tsp pepper 
Salt to taste 
Olive oil
Summak & paprika for coating


1.    In a pan, heat olive oil. Cook onion and garlic till golden. Add pasta, stirring constantly. Add the chicken stock leave to cook, add parsley, salt, pepper and leave aside
2.    Add chicken stock, boil then simmer to cook. Add parsley and seasoning. For meatballs, in a bowl, mix meat, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, mint baking soda, cumin, oregano and seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Shape in small balls. Brush with olive oil, cook in frying pan. Dip in summak to coat. In serving plate, put pasta and meatballs on top. Serve.
