Ingredients

All-Purpose Dough Ingredients:

1 can of Goody Whole Green Olives

3 ½ cups of Flour

1 tsp Sugar

2 tsps Salt

1 spoon Yeast

1 ¼ cup of Warm Water

Filling:

1 can of Goody Whole Mushrooms

1 spoon Olive Oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 spoon Green Coriander

Method

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the yeast to the water; stir for 10 minutes and then add it to the flour mixture, add oil. Stir the mixture until the dough is formed. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 6 – 8 minutes. Afterwards, place it in a lightly floured bowl and let it rest for a couple of hours.
  3. Marinate the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic and coriander.
  4. Divide the dough into quarters; roll out each quarter until it becomes the size of baguette bread. Place then on a parchment paper in a baking sheet, leaving a 2 cm space between each one. Scatter the mushrooms over the dough; grease with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 - 25 minutes or until the dough turns golden. Leave to cool a little before serving.

*You can use the recipe with whole olives, cherry tomatoes or garlic pieces.
