2 kilo veal fillets
For the meat seasoning: 
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp Goody Mustard
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp oregano
For the sauce: 
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 jar Goody Napolitana Pasta Sauce
¼ cup cream
1 cube Goody Chicken Stock
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 can Goody Whole Mushrooms


1. Mix meat seasoning ingredients. Season the fillets with the seasoning  using a brush
2. In a pot, heat the olive oil and butter on high heat. Brown fillets on both sides.
3. Add the pasta sauce, cream, garlic, spices, mushrooms, chicken stock cube and ½ cup hot water. Leave to cook for ½ hour or more until meat is done and tender.
4. Serve with potato cornflakes bake.
