2 cans Goody Fava Bean
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, minced
¼ cup fresh dill, minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
¼ cup tomato, diced
2 tbsps tahini
3 tbsps vegetable oil
½ cup Goody Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1.In a medium pan on medium high heat, add the fava bean, garlic, salt and pepper and simmer for 8 minutes.
2.Transfer to the serving dish and top with the parsley, dill, cilantro, tomato and tahini
3.Pour over the vegetable oil and garnish with the chickpeas and serve.
