1 pack of Goody Pasta Lasagna
2 whole eggs, scrambled
2 cups of Liquid Cheese
2 Tbsps Ricotta Cheese
2 tsps Italian Dressing
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
1 cup of Onions, sliced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 ¼ cup of Velor Powder Milk
2 Tbsps All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ tsp Black Pepper
1 cup of Spinach, chopped
1 cup of Broccoli
1 cup of Carrots, chopped
¾ cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese


1.Heat the oven at a high temperature. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions mentioned on the pack; drain and leave aside.
2.In a medium-sized bowl, place the eggs, liquid cheese, ricotta cheese and Italian dressing, then leave the mixture aside.
3.Heat oil in a deep pot over the fire. Cook the mushrooms, onions and garlic cloves until the ingredients become tender. Add milk, flour and black pepper; leave on the heat until the mixture is incorporated and then take it off the heat.
4.Mix together the spinach, broccoli, carrots and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese.
5.In an oven baking sheet, place a layer of lasagna, then add 1/3 of the cheese mixture, then 1/3 of the mushrooms mixture and 1/3 of the vegetables mixture. Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese. Continue with the same order until the amount ends; top it with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, and then leave it to rest for 10 minutes before serving it.
