5 parsley twigs, minced
½  red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
½ green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
2 green onion sticks, cut into small pieces
1 tomato, cut into small pieces
1 medium onion, cut into small pieces
½  can of Goody mushrooms, chopped
½  cup of Goody sweet corn
5 eggs
2 tbsps Velor powder milk dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
½  cup bran or bread crumbs
Pinch of salt and black pepper to add flavor
1 tsp baking powder


1.Heat the oven at 71o C.
2.In a bowl, put the parsley, red and green bell peppers, green onions, tomato, onion, mushrooms and corn then mix well.
3.In another bowl, whisk the eggs then add milk and bread crumbs, afterwards, mix them well with vegetables, adding salt, black pepper and baking powder.
4.Put the mixture in bowls that can be used in the oven, bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are done then serve hot.
