¼ cup milk
¼ cup Goody Sliced Mushroom, drained
¼ cup Goody Sliced Green Olives
1 sprig dill or parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1.In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, mushroom, green olives, dill or parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined
2.In a pan over medium heat, melt butter, add the egg mixture, swirling to evenly cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until set, about 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Using a rubber scraper lift the eggs up and let the runny uncooked egg flow underneath. Flip the egg on the other side and top with the cheddar cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
3.Remove from heat and roll omelette immediately starting at one short end. Serve.
