12 pieces Puff Pastry dough squares

1 Tsp oil

1 small onion, minced

1 small potato, cubed

½ cup hot water

½ pkg Goody peas and carrots

½ cube Goody chicken bouillon

½ Tsp of each (black pepper/ curry/ turmeric/ dry coriander)

A whisked egg


  1. Heat the oil and add the onions, stir until it turns yellow, then add the potato cubes and stir it for 2 minutes. Add water and leave it for a couple of minutes.Add the Goody peas and carrots and the chicken bouillon cube, stir the mixture until the potatoes are done and the water runs clear completely, and then leave it to cool.
  2. Flatten the Puff Pastry squares, then cover them with the vegetables. Fold them in a form of a parcel, and then brush them with the whisked egg. Put them in the oven at a temperature of 400 F until the pastry becomes golden.
