Add to your table the vegetable salad with peanut butter to take advantage of its health benefits and enjoy its new and rich taste.
2 Medium Carrots, chopped into thin slices
2 Medium Cucumbers, chopped into thin slices
1 Medium Cabbage, chopped into thin slices
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
½ Small Onion, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, mashed
3 Tbsps Goody Creamy Peanut Butter
2 medium spoons of Soy Sauce
½ cup of Warm Water
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Peanuts, chopped and roasted
1 cup of Goody Red Kidney Beans
1.In a deep bowl, mix the chopped vegetables together, and set them aside.
To Prepare the Sauce:
2.In a small pan, heat the oil and add the onion and garlic until they wilt or turn yellow. Afterwards, put the onion and garlic in the electric mixer with the remaining sauce ingredients and blend until you obtain a liquid incorporated form.
3.Pour the sauce over the vegetables before serving immediately and mix well. Garnish with roasted peanuts and red kidney beans.
Idea: You can garnish the salad with fried vermicelli rice.
