¼ pack Goody Vermicelli Cuts ( No. 61) 
2  tbsp olive oil
1  clove of mastic
1 small finely chopped onion  
1can Goody peeled chopped squeezed tomatoes 
1 tbsp tomato sauce
5  cups Goody chicken or meat broth 
2  celery sticks 
1  small diced potato 
1  small diced carrot 
¼ cup Goody sweet peas 
½ tsp salt and black pepper 


1.Put the oil in a pot, add the mastic then brown the onion. Add the tomato and the sauce, then add the broth cups and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the celery and carrots and leave for 15 minutes.Then add the peas and potatoes.Pour the vermicelli with a teaspoon in a pot and add it on the previous ingredients. Leave for 10 minutes. Place the soup in the serving bowl and serve hot.
