Vegetables and Meat Tajin

1 can Goody peeled chopped tomatoes 
2 cans Goody butter beans ، drained 
1 can Goody red kidney beans ، drained 
1 can Goody green beans ، drained 
1/4 cup oil 
500g lamb chops 
1 onion ، chopped 
3 cloves garlic ، minced 
2 tbsp parsley ، chopped 
2 tsp paprika 
1 tsp salt 
2 cups water
1 tbsp Worchester sauce 

For mashed potatoes:
600g potatoes 
60g butter 
1 egg yolk 
2 tbsp breadcrumbs


  1. In a pan، heat oil. Sauté onion till softens. Add meat in batches browning and stirring. Add garlic and parsley، stir. Add Worchester sauce، tomatoes، paprika and salt، simmer till thickens. Add water، boil then bring to a gentle simmer till meat is just done. Add vegetables and more water if needed (water level should be less than that of the meat and vegetables). Mix well. 
  2. For mashed potatoes: in salted boiling water، cook potatoes. Drain، return to pan، add butter and mash. Add egg yolk and mix well. Place in piping bag. 
  3. In an oven dish، place meat and vegetables. Pipe potatoes on top to cover. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in moderate oven till golden. Serve hot.
