3 tbsps oil
1 medium onion, finally chopped 
1 chicken breast, skinned, boned and cubed 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
4 small potatoes, cubed 
2 carrots, cubed 
1 can Goody sweet peas, drained 
Salt & pepper 
2 tbsp Goody mayonnaise 
2 tbsp cream spread cheese 
For béchamel 
4 tbsps oil 
4 tbsps flour 
2 cups water 
6 tbsps Velor powder milk, dissolved in water  



1.    For béchamel:In a small pan, heat oil. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add dissolved powder milk, whisk till thicken and bubbly. Season and cook for few minutes more. Take off heat. Set aside. 
2.    In another pan, heat oil. Sauté onion till soften. Add chicken and garlic, stir till color changes. Add potatoes and seasoning and cook for 5 minutes. Add carrots stir for 2 minutes, then add peas, stir and take off heat. Add mayonnaise and cheese, mix. 
Place in oven dish. Pour béchamel over and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes or till golden.
