After a long day of fasting, it will be beneficial to start your meal with warm soup … use a variety of ingredients with this tasty recipe.
2 tbsps of olive oil
1 onion, chopped into small pieces
3 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
1 kilo of green zucchinis, chopped lengthwise into 4 pieces
½ cup of Goody peas
1 cube of Goody chicken bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of water
50 gm of parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup of cooking cream
Parsley to garnish
1. Heat a pot over the heat then add the onions, stir until they wilt, add the garlic then stir until they turn yellow
2.Add the zucchinis and peas, leave them over the heat for a couple of minutes then add the chicken bouillon cube, salt, pepper and water, covering the pot, leave them to boil for 10 to 15 minutes.Turn off the heat then add the ingredients to a Kenwood hand blender, mix well until the mixture is incorporated.Return the mixture to the pot, adding the parmesan cheese and cream; stir the mixture well then serve it hot after garnishing with parsley.
