Ingredients

  • 2 spoons Goody vegetable margarine
  • 1 large onion, finely minced
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsps Goody chili pepper to taste


Direction

  1. Heat a non-stick pan and put 2 spoons of margarine.
  2. Add the minced onion, stir until it changes its color and becomes pale, add the tomatoes, salt, black pepper and green bell pepper, continue to stir until the tomatoes are cooked.
  3. Add eggs to the pan without whisking then add a pinch of salt and black pepper, turn off the heat and leave the pan until the eggs are cooked.
  4. Add Chili pepper to taste, serve hot.
