Lebanese Nights with Peanut Butter

using the microwave, place the peanut butter for a few seconds until it melts.
Over low heat in an anti-stick pan, place both the semolina and peanut butter and stir them with a wooden spoon, then add the milk and sugar; while continuing to stir when it begins to condense.
Take the mixture off the heat, pour it in the serving dishes and refrigerate it to serve it cool.
