Preparation
Step 1
On a hot grill over high heat, grill the pineapple slices, grapefruit and orange slices on each side untill charred.
Step 2
To serve, on a serving plate arrange pineapple, orange , grapefruit and basil leaves.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic venigar and garnish with pistachio and serve.
