Preparation
Step 1
Start with beef, in a bowl Mix beef, gochujang, egg, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onions, and panko until well combined. Shape into small meatballs.
Step 2
In a hot skillet over medium heat cook the meat balls for 8–10 minutes, turning until fully cooked. Add Goody Korean BBQ sauce, toss to coat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 3
Slice a brioche roll, spread Goody mayonnaise, add meatballs, pickled carrots and cucumbers, cilantro, and green onion. Close and serve.
