A delicious twist on traditional vermicelli noodles with this Singapore Noodles recipe!

Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet and drain.
In a wok, heat oil and add onion, garlic and ginger and stir for 1 minute. Add the chicken, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, then add shrimp and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add peppers and cabbage and stir for another 1 minute.
Put all ingredients to the side and add remaining oil in the wok. Add eggs, stirring continuously. Once set, stir well with all ingredients.
Add noodles and sauce and toss util the noodles are covered, and heated through. Serve immediately.
