For the filling, mix together the tuna, potato, cheese, lemon zest and juice, coriander and paprika. Shape into small balls using an ice cream scoop.

Beat the eggs with the vinegar in a plate. On a separate plate mix the breadcrumbs with the garlic powder and paprika. Roll the balls in the egg, shake any excess, then roll in the breadcrumbs. Arrange on a baking sheet and chill for an hour.

In batches, fry the tuna balls in a pan half-filled with hot oil until they are golden brown all over – about 4-5 minutes. Serve with Goody Flavoured Mayo of your choice.
