Banana, strawberry and peanut butter smoothie

Serving Size

    Peel and chop 2 bananas then freeze. Measure 2 cups strawberries then freeze. Once frozen.

     put in a food processor with 2 tbsp Goody Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 tsp vanilla essence (if you like), 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 cup almond or oat milk.

    Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed.

    Transfer to a bowl and garnish with fresh banana slices, freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries and chia seeds.
