Calling all coffee and chocolate lovers – this mocha brownie recipe is for you. The simple method calls for a ready-made cake mix base, but we couldn’t resist giving it a Goody Kitchen twist by adding Cofique Mocha Latte. The results are sensational – think grown-up tasting brownies with a crisp, chewy outer layer and dense fudgy centre.

Heat the oven at 180oC.
Prepare the brownies according to the instructions on the pack, while replacing the mentioned amount of water with milk mixed with the mocha pack, “you can add the chocolate pieces according to taste”.
Put the sheet in the oven for 25 minutes or until the crust is formed on the top, which is lighter-colored compared to the brownie and a bit cracked and not soft.
In a pot over the heat, heat the cream, then add the chocolate; stir together until it melts. Pour it on the top of the brownies while being hot.
