Preparation
Step 1
For the egg, heat butter in a small pan, then cook the egg with salt and pepper until set into an omelet. Fold or cut it to fit the sandwich and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and pesto until smooth.
Step 3
To assemble the sandwich, Spread the sauce on the first slice of bread, then layer with grilled chicken, egg, Emmental cheese, arugula and bresaola.
Step 4
Close with the secodn toast, Gently press the sandwich, slice in half or quarters, and serve with pickles and potato chips.
