Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain and put in a bowl with a drizzle of good-quality olive oil.
Step 2
Mix in the tuna, sweetcorn and pasta sauce, stirring well to combine. Season.
Step 3
Divide the pasta among 4 small ovenproof dishes or 1 large dish. Sprinkle with grated parmesan then bake for 12-15 minutes until it’s golden. Leave to cool slightly then serve.
