Cajun Chicken and Pasta
This all-new pasta dish takes inspiration from the flavours of the Deep South of the USA. In this recipe, chicken pieces are marinated in a Cajun spice rub, seared in a hot pan and stirred though a creamy sauce along with Goody Elbow pasta. For an extra kick of heat, serve our Cajun chicken and pasta dish with Goody Hot Sauce.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain, toss in 1 tbsp olive oil and set aside
In a bowl marinate the chicken in Cajun seasoning, and season with sea salt and pepper.
In a skillet heat olive oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet add more oil to the skillet if needed. Add the vegetables and garlic and sauté for a minute. Add the cream, parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Add the paprika and extra Cajun seasoning if needed. Check the seasoning and garnish with spring onions. And serve
