Seabass with Olive, Capers, and Tomato

The sea bass dish served with olives and tomatoes, the perfect combination of flavors.

    On a pan heat olive oil on medium heat, add the fish fillet and let it sear.

    press down on the fillet for couple of seconds so it does not shrink.

    Add to the fish the tomato, capers and olives.

    Add the white wine and let it evaporate for 5 minutes, add spices with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar then cover and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low for medium sized fish fillet.

    Once cooked serve with some mixed greens and goody lemon mayonnaise.
