Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and all spices and let it melt.
Step 2
Add the banana slices and let it caramelize for 2 minutes.
Step 3
On a toasted sourdough slices, spread crunchy peanut butter on both sides.
Step 4
Add the banana , cover with the other slices of bread and serve warm.
