Preparation
Step 1
start with green onion oil, in a small saucepan over medium heat, Heat olive oil, dried mint, and red pepper flakes for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat. Add garlic and green onion Stir to combine. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
to grill halloumi, Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
Step 4
Spread labneh on the bottom half. Layer with grilled halloumi, tomato slices, grilled olives, pickled onions, and scallions oil.
Step 5
Top with the other half of the bagel, press gently, and serve
