Teriyaki chicken sandwich with crunchy coleslaw in soft bread.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat add oil and Sear chicken 4 min per side or until fully cooked. cover, and rest for 15 min then Shred and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, simmer goody teriyaki sauce with garlic for 2 min. Add shredded chicken and toss to coat.
Step 4
To prepare slaw, Mix the shredded veggies with slaw dressing in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 5
For kimchi mayonnaise, in a bowl mix kimchi with mayonnaise.
Step 6
To assemble sandwich, Toast buttered bread slices on a skillet over medium heat until golden. Spread with kimchi mayonnaise, add chicken, cucumber slices, and slaw. Top with another bread slice, press, slice and serve.
