Preparation

Step 1

Peel and chop 1 banana and freeze with 2 cup blueberries.
 

Step 2

Once frozen, put in a food processor with 1 cup Greek yogurt, 100g unsweetened acai fruit purée, ¼ cup coconut water, a small handful spinach leaves and 1 tbsp Goody Creamy Peanut Butter. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut water if needed.

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with crunchy granola, fresh banana slices and blueberries.
