3 Easy Ice-Pops

These bright and beautiful easy ice pops are a dreamy hot weather treat. And while they’re ever so simple to make (by all means get the kids involved), it’s the clever ingredient combinations that really make them shine: think tangy blueberries and velvety condensed milk, pineapple and strawberry pieces suspended in sweet frozen lemonade and iced Goody Sparkling Apple Nectar.

    Blueberry and condensed milk ice pops

    Blitz the condensed milk and blueberries in a blender until smooth. Pour into 6 ice lolly molds and place into the freezer. Add the lolly sticks after 45 minutes, then continue to freeze for 4-5 hours, or until solid.

    Pineapple and strawberry ice pops

    Divide the fruit among 6 ice lolly molds and pour over the lemonade and place into the freezer. Add the lolly sticks after 30 minutes, then continue to freeze for 4-5 hours, or until solid.

    Divide the apple juice among 6 ice lolly molds and place into the freezer. Add the lolly sticks after 30 minutes, then continue to freeze for 4-5 hours, or until solid.
